I am trying to go electronic in my doctor's office. I find internet based
programs unreliable and interfere with patient care. What I am trying to do
is go half electronic and half paper. Is it possible to use Outlook to share
info on multiple computers? My secretary can enter the info at the front
desk and I have access to it at the back desk?? I think this is called
networking?? Is there any other programs that I can do this with, ie word ??
I would really like to stay with microsoft software if I can, if not any
suggestions? Thank you.

I personally use ShareO for this... It allows you to share every type
of item in Outlook. In your case, contacts, calendars, or whatever
else you need to share to get info about patients. ShareO's an add on
to Outlook, so it's pretty much like using Outlook.
