Connecting to a pst-file on removable media is not supported or recommended
by Microsoft since accidental disconnection could lead to corruption of the
entire pst-file. Pst-files have been designed to be written to and read from
local hard drives which is the only supported configuration . If you still
want to want to work in an unsupported configuration, performance also
depends on the performance of the USB device and connection type (USB 1.1 or
2.0).
I would recommend to use the USB device only as a backup or transfer
location. As soon as you want to work with the pst-file make sure you copy
it to the local hard drive first.
"The MIGO can only place my wallpaper onto this foreign computer and show a
few Word files."
Not an Outlook issue. See MIGO support instead.
