How can I use my corporate stationery in email?

I'd like to send my emails with my company letthead (which goes across the
top and down the right side of the page) as the stationery in my emails.

I'd like the visual to show up AND I'd like to set it up so that the text
type does not cover the areas that have the letterhead.

I use Outlook 2003 with Word as my email editor.
