Is it possible to use Microsoft Word (2007) macros when editing e-mail in
Outlook 2000? If so, what settings need to be used?

No, not cross-version like that. Outlook 2000 hasn't a clue what Word 2007
is.

Thanks for the response. unfortunately, the text of my question was in
error. I want to know about macros in Outlook 2007, not 2000. It appears
that Word (2007) Macros are not accessible while editing e-mail in Outlook
2007. Is that right or wrong?

thanks again.

Actually, it would appear to be right. NormalEmail.dotm macros are not accessible
in Outlook, you'd need to create the macros in Outlook directly, based on
Sue's reply in http://office-outlook.com/outlook-fo...ex.php/m/6155/.
