My company is not upgrading to Office 07 anytime soon, but I'd like to use
Groove with my team. Is there anyway to use Groove with an older version of
Office?

Don't believe so, but, you might be better off asking in
microsoft.public.groove.

Since you're using the web based reader,
http://www.microsoft.com/communities....public.groove
would work.
