webpage. Can I do that without any problem or should I be aware of any
copyrights?

If you are referring to a Microsoft template, be sure to view, "Use of
Microsoft Copyrighted Content":
http://www.microsoft.com/about/legal...s/default.mspx

If the file came from another source, it is always best to check with the
creator, free or not.
