can I use at.exe or schtasks.exe to schedule a job that wakes the computer?

If you create a new task under Scheduled Tasks in Control Panel, there
is an option under "Settings" to specify "Wake the computer to run this
task".

Is it possible to create a task with this option using at.exe and
schtasks.exe, or any other way to do it on the command line? I've
looked at all the command line options for both utilities but can't
find anything.

I'm writing an installer script that I want to be able to set up a
scheduled task on the user's computer, which includes the option to
wake the computer to run the job.

Thanks,

-Bennett
