CAN I USE AN AUTO RESPONDER WITH COMPUTER OFF ?

's Computer Specifications

my system is crashing - a Raid 0 configuration - so, I'll be offline,
reinstalling a drive, a system, all the programs, all the data, omg!
i need to run an autoresponder for a few days - don't want to keep my
outlook running - so, if my system is down, and I can't use a rule that runs
from my system, can a rule be run from web2mail? from a website? any clues?
suggestions? PLEASE? URGENTLY!!! PLEASE! THANK YOU.
