How can I update the version of Excel 2000 9.0 to version 10.0

I have Microsoft Office 200 Pro on my system and need a newer version of
Excel in order to use another program with it. Is it possible to update from
version 9.0 to 10.0 or higher and if so how do I do it?

you can't download newer versions, you have to purchase the upgrade and
install it
