I was using Outlook SP2 and working fine. My computer updated and now I see
SP3 in Outlook and it is affecting funcationality of another program that we
use. How can I uninstall the update? I tried Add/Remove updates and was able
to remove some, but SP3 is still there and I'm not working.

A System Restore Point may work. Otherwise, you must uninstall Outlook
completely and reinstall.

In addition to what I posted already, I suggest you modify your Windows
Update settings to tell you before updates are applied so that you can test
them in a test environment prior to installing them in a production
environment so you'll know if they're going to affect other products that
you need to use.
