How can I turn on "send update to attendees" in Outlook 2007?

When I add someone to a meeting, it used to have a "send update to attendees"
popup box - where I could choose to send to one recipient or send to all.

Now this is not appearing, the meeting update automatically goes to all
attendees.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Brad K.
