I have used outlook a long time and had a staff member import another file
into my pst.

I now have duplicates etc in the email folders and sub folders. Is there a
way to export the "tree" to excell so I can see what I need to combine?

I don't believe that's possible. However, you can always get a duplicate
remover. See this:
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail_duplicates.asp . At least one of the
tools mentioned there is free.
