Make a copy of your OE address book file (.WAB) and take that to your Vista
machine. You should be able to go to 'File|Import and Export|Import
Internet mail and Addresses' and import this file. Be sure to UNcheck
"Import Mail". Should this fail, you can import the .WAB file into Windows
Mail and export it to Outlook from there.
