If you connect to an Exchange server and the Exchange Admin has Deleted Item
Retention turned on, if the user who accessed your email didn't hard delete
the emails they forwarded, it may be possible to recover them.
In your Deleted Items folder, click on Tools and scroll to Recover Deleted
Items. Depending on how long Deleted Item Retention is set for, the emails
may be there.
If they were hard-deleted they won't be.
If you don't connect to an Exchange server, then check the information
located here:
http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/r...outlookpst.htm
Post back and let me know how you're making out.
Also, I think Outlook 2003 has journalling but it only works if it's turned
on.
