If that's all you want to add, use a Signature
Tools - Options - Signatures
If you want something fancier, like background, images, standard text, then
use Stationery.
Just create a message the way you want, then save it... File - Save as
Stationery...
You can select the default Stationery in Tools - Options - Compose
