I have 3 copies of Vista Ultimate which have all been opened, but only one
has been activated.
I want to give 2 of them to friends, because the machines that I bought them
for are not capable of running Vista at an acceptable speed.
How can I tell which of the codes have been used, and which have not?

Download and install Belarc Advisor. Run it and it'll show the CD Key
used to install Vista.
