Not really, you can do a Read Receipt on them, but the person at the other
end may or may not send it.

Care to explain more fully? Surely you know what messages you have viewed
and which you haven't. Why would you need another program to tell you? Do
you mean you want to know when your recipient viewed something you sent? In
that case, you could try read receipt requests, but there's nothing
requiring the recipient to honor the requests.
