Can I target inline frame the same way you can on a frames page?

I'd like to have a web page with an inline frame which,
when selecting a particular menu option, the new page
opens in the inline frame. If I try setting a target
frame on the page it doesn't give me the option to choose
the frame, it just shows as no frames.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Create your Iframe, give it name ( name="myframe" ) and then link to it

Assign a name to the IFrame, then when setting the target value of the hyperlink, type the name you
assigned to the IFrame.

Ok, I'm probably being very basic here but, do you
mean 'link' the new page I want display to the Iframe?

If yes, how do you do that?

I think I've got you're meaning. I'll give it a try and
let you know.
