Can' t open "creat a new email" or "replay" an email

Hi, I am new in WVista and I bought a new Toshiba notebook.
I was trying to open new emails or reply emails but the programme stock
there and do not work any more.....some help please..??

See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 Many new computers come preloaded with
Norton or McAfee and those should be uninstalled so the computer works
properly.
