I am having a lot of trouble with the "Publish Web" directives in FrontPage.
A friend recommend that I save it in my documents after editing it in
FrontPage and then synchronize it with my website on-line. This works great
to get my website save on the computer to look like the old outdated site on
line, but how do I sychronize in reverse to get my edited version to
overwrite what is online already.
Any help will be appreciated.

Does your host server have FrontPage extensions installed??

If so, the best way is: with your local web open in FrontPage, click File >
Publish web, and select "Changed pages only."
