Can I synch two sets of My documents?

I have my documents on drive C (in the My documents folder) and I
occasionally copy this folder (and all it's sub-folders) to drive D (a spare
HD).

Is there any way of automating this? Ideally, I'd like to synchronise the
two folders whenever I close windows. Any ideas? Cheers.

Have you tried using Briefcases?
Click the right mouse button and create new briefcase as opposed to folder.
There are synchronisation options within them to keep various PC's up to
date.

Open a command prompt window and type "xcopy /?" to see how to use xcopy
to do differential updates.
