pls let me about this quection...How can i add or subtract this from Week
07/2009 in one column & Week 10/2009 in another column.

Hi,

I'm not clear what you are trying to do. There are 7 days in a week so what
are you trying to add to what. If the date is 7/1/09 that gives a different
result that if it is 7/5/09 and both are in one week. Also by 7/2009 do you
mean the seventh week of 2009 or July 2009?

We need more details on how the data is stored. Generally, you would use a
Sumif or Sumproduct function to do the calculations.
