It's called spam - the equivalent of snail mail's junk mail. If you found a
way to stop it, you'd make a fortune. About all you can do is avoid it.
Some ways to do that : Delete it manually. Or, if your email program has
such a feature, use message rules to move email to spam folders or to
delete.
