How can I stop Synchronization from running on my wireless adapter

I've setup synchronization on my laptop to automatically sync some files from
my office lan. When I go home and connect to my wireless home network, the
synchronization still attempts to take place and I always have to click
Cancel to stop it.

In the setup for my synchronization, it is set to sync "When I am using this
network connection" which is the LAN Connection.

There's no option for my wireless connection to either enable or disabling
the synching.

Has anyone run into this before?
