How can I stop safe e-mails going to spam when reboot computer?

When a know e-mail address goes into my spam mail I click on it and change it
to not junk mail. I place it on the safe sender's list. When I shut down my
computer and restart it the next day, I have to do the steps again to the
same address that I previously changed the day before. How can I stop my
safe e-mails going into the spam box each time I reboot my computer?
