i don't some other people use safe mode in my computer.
are there any suggestions can be give.

In safe mode only administrators can log in. if you want
them not to log in in safe mode you would have to change
their users from administrators to limited users. that
adds a little complication though when they want to
install programs or run certain programs (or even games).

No one can use Safe Mode without access.
Password Administrator as well as all profiles with Administrator
access.
Give all other users access only to Limited profiles.
You must tightly control all Administrators because Any Administrator
can do and undo anything any Administrator can do.
Take appropriate precautions to prevent losing the passwords.
