What can I stop my Outlook 2002 from suddenly crashing on a daily basis

Hi,

1. Can someone tell me why when I was trying to get free
tech support tonite, I got a message:

"The Product ID number you entered has already used the
maximum number of support incidents available for this
product. You may go back and choose another support option
or enter another Product ID number."

How am I to know what's the max. # of support incidents
I'm allowed for my Outlook 2002?

2. More importantly, effective this week, my Outlook has
been crashing faithfully on a daily basis and multiple
times per day for no apparent reason. Every time it
crashes, it does ask me if I want to send in the error
report which I always say "yes".

So, now what? Can I get someone to look my error reports
and tell me how to stop my Outlook from crashing so
much/often?

Thx - Nancy

Do you have all the updates to Outlook? If you have SP-2, make sure you
have it's update (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;821890).
