I need to stop downloads from being able to be done while
under the Guest profile... I have problems with guests
downloading stuff that installs itself and makes a mess of
my computer... I want guests to be able to still surf the
internet just not download anything but I want this only
under the guest profile... How can I do this?

Hi have you heard of 'smardcard' ? I have seen it, but
not looked into it as yet. It allows users to do whatever
to the pc, but as soon as it is re-booted it will wipe it
back to admin settings. Sorry I can't be more help
