Can I specify what order to refresh tabs?

I am using Excel 2003, and I have a report on Sheet1 tha is using
vlookup formulas to Several other sheets in my workbook. I have some
sheets that are pulling in Queries from a database and i have some
sheets that are pivot tables. I have all sheets set up to refresh on
file open, but i want to make sure that the sheets with the queries
update first, then the pivot tables.
