Outlook will always send new messages via the default mail account unless you
either change the account manually or you set up a template for the e-mail
message which specifies a different sending account. You can save a template
to your hard drive...disable Word as your e-mail editor temporarily (if
you're using it), create a new mail message and set it up as you want it,
then click File | Save As and save it as an Outlook message template (.oft).
To send a new message based on the template, browse to the .oft file in
Windows Explorer and double-click it.
