Can a song play automatically when an email is opened?

My husbands needs to send in his quarterly safety reports to the office and
wants the song "Safety Dance" to play automatically when the email is opened.
Is that possible?

Actually, you're wrong...I just figured it out. You have to be using express
to do it though. And you must have no sense of humor.

You can do this with Outlook but I think maybe not Outlook 2007. There are
instructions here:

If you're using XP with SP2 applied, it will link you to a workaround.
