I need to know what type of CDs are write and write only CDs. I need them
for my class. I want to add aome file to CD and after I do that next week I
want to add some more files to that same CD, but I should not be able to
change the first files that I added last week. I do not want to write and
rewrite CDs which are CD-RW. I want to know what is Write and Write only CDs
are and where can I buy them. Please let me know ASAP because I am already
two weeks late in adding stuff to the CD.

Hi, don't let the words 'write and rewrite' scare you. You don't need to
worry about that. I suppose you have cd rw dirive. It is ok to use the cd
'CD-RW', it doesn't mean it is gonna erase other file(s) you have on that cd.
They are not going anywhere until you erase them. Just think of 'CD-RW' as
floppy disk. You can add and add until cd runs out of memory.

only cd. He don't want it to edit it. I only want to keep adding stuff until
it gets full and not be able to edit it. What are they?

far as I know, I've never seen write and write only cd. If the teacher is
talking about CD-R, CD+R or CD+-R, I thought once you can only wite once on
them. Go to the stores and ask the employees about CD+R or CD+-R. Anyway,
CD+-RW does all the same functions. I'll check online about this.

I something that i can keep writing on until it is full, but i should not be
able to edit it when i wish. That is what he ment by writr and write only.
I have to keep adding stuff to the CD for the semester and give it to him at
the end of the semester. When I went to the store they gave me CD-RW that
could be erased when I want to, but the teacher do not want us to have that
option. And thank you for looking, I really appreciate that.

You can add more data to a CD + R til it is full! It will work and the data
cannot be erased from it.
