Can someone please tell me how to save font size

's Computer Specifications

in mail messages (both new and replies/forward) in OL2007? Every time I close OL and open it again, the "custom" font size that I set for myself disappear.
Or, is this by design...?

If you set it on an individual reply, it was only for that reply. To change fonts for your messages, go to Tools | Options | Mail Format | Stationery and Fonts.

Right, and I do that (Tools/Options/etc), but it is not saved...when I change it and close OL my settings are gone...back to the default (I am talking about font size).
