Exact Error message is -

Task 'Server_Name - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210E) : 'Your mailbox
is temporarily unavailable because another e-mail message is being delivered
to it or another mail application is accessing it. The server responded: -ERR
[IN-USE] /var/mail/.greg.pop lock busy! Is another session active? (11)'

I am running outlook 2007. xp pro. all updates for office and windows are
checked. I am running symantec corporate edition antivirus and i disabled
the email virus check to no avail. obviously, i am using a pop3 email server.

The program that i have narrowed down that is causing the problem is the
sprint pcs business connection software. I, however, need this program to
push mail to my treo 700p. I have gone through advanced tech support with
them and they say that i need to contact Microsoft because their software
does not check the pop3 account (even though it is required to be input
through the software). they say that it only "pushes" the emails from
outlook to my phone.

This software worked fine with outlook 2003 and they said that is should
work fine with 2007 but it is not their problem.

Please help.
