ok I hope this makes sence I down loaded the upgrade for the msn messanger,
it totaly messed up my computer now I can not use my messanger at all it also
messed up my hotmail account I can receive e-mails but I can not send out
e-mails or replys or forwards, same goes with my yahoo account...I think some
thing might have gotton deleted from my controle pannel not sure, have a 18
year old kid who uses my pc, now I cant even use my windows messenger...check
my user name and password and all is fine but still will not let me sign on
keeps saying I have this error some weird number with letters in
it.....anyways I have a dell computer it came already loaded with all the
programs, now here is my question can i pop in the disk windows home edition
and reprogram my computer with out having to do anything in my controle
pannel, to see if this will fix my problem, now here is the bad news Im a
totaly pc virgin
