How Can I solve the strange problem with my EXCEL?

's Computer Specifications

Dear Friends,
The column number of my excel is also 1, 2, 3, 4, ... which
is very strange and I can't use formula. It looks like

|1|2|3|4|
----------
1| | | | |
----------
2| | | | |
----------
3| | | | |
----------

In stead of like

|A|B|C|D|
----------
1| | | | |
----------
2| | | | |
----------
3| | | | |
----------

I have tried a lot but I can't find the way to solve it.

Go to "Tools" then "Options" then click the "General" tab. Uncheck the R1C1
reference box.
