I used Windowsxp professional for 2 months. all
applications perform well but sometime I can't shut down
my computer from start menu. When I clicked on
Start\shutdown there's nothing happen. I'm sure that
there's no viruses.
What's the problem?
Please help me

Have you installed any updates for Windows? If not, get
all the latest updates. Are you sure the computers not
just running really slowly?
