The ability to view full headers and full msg source, and see the URL behind
a link - in Outlook Express was invaluable in tracking spam and spoting
'phishing' sites. There must be a way to do such in Outlook, but I can't
find it.

There's no way to show the complete source of a message (i.e., headers and
body together). You can see the headers by right-clicking the message in
the Inbox and choosing Options or by opening the message and clicking
View>Options.
