I use my contact list to add appointments to my Calender and wanted them to
show by Contact name not by the Subject. I thought of making a new form but
i'm not sure if that will work either as i have no experience with doing that.

Display your calendar in the All Appointments view and add the Contacts
field to your columns. Then use the Group By box to group your appointments
by the Contacts column.

No form needed as long as you use the contact linking field to associate the
contact with the appointment. But it works in the table views only, not in
the day/week/month view.

Thank You Very Much. I ended up grouping by Date so it looks more like a
calender still. Very Helpful and easy solution to what i thought was a big
problem.
Thanks Again
