How about you show the boss the Group Schedules function - it's a tiny
button on the toolbar when you are in the calendar folder. It looks like a
calendar with a head on top.
This is where your boss could set up a Group Schedule of the whole team an
instantly see availability and even what you're doing (select show Calendar
Details).
It's a great function but often not discoverer!
