How can I setup a winxp dialin server, and share the internet connection?!

I have 2 computer, one at my home and the other at my brother's home.

I have an ADSL connection at home, and so, I want to setup a dialin server
at home, on the winxp.
So, when I am at my brother's home, I can dialup to the server at my home
and share my home's internet connection...

| (Dialup)
Brother's Home

I saw winxp has got an options of incoming connection...
and I did set it with the 56k modem... at the client side(my brother's
home), I can dialup, connected to server side(my home)...
but that I can only browse the http of my home, not the internet...

I did share the connection of the LAN card for ADSL....
