Can I setup database of questions w/multiple choice answers in MS.

I'd like to create a simple survey type database of 6-7 category groupings
that contain from 8 to 25 questions each. The answer to each question can be
true/false, yes/no, or multiple choice on an ascending scale. Because these
questions are for a survey and not a test, the multiple choice answers are
short - text requirements can probably be limited to 20-25 characters max.

After respondents take the survey, we'd like to generate simple reports to
see results.

Can this question/answer application be done in Access 2000? If yes, can
someone get me started with the basics of developing a survey like this?
