How can I setup Active/Passive W2K3 clustering

Hi All,

How can I setup Active/Passive W2K or W2K3 clustering as
I don't have the shared HD device. So, I can only
configure A/P clustering.

Also, is it true that A/A clustering requires 2 server
license?
