We do a lot of advertising on the internet and receive numerous e-mails
regarding our services. I want to set up a template response to use on an
"as needed" basis, such as, "Thank you for contacting our firm.
Unfortunately, after reading your e-mail, I do not think your matter is one
which we would be interested in pursuing."

Either templates (OFT files) or messages in the Drafts folder will work.
