Love using RSS with Outlook but they tend to build up. Wondering if anyone
can advise on step by step to auto-delete feeds or emails after a period of
time!

Right click on RSS, go to properties, go to auto archieve and change from
default to delete after 1 day (default 3 month i guess) and see if it work
for u.

You can do same thing with any folder that receives lots of email with rule
setup like auto alert or so.
