It is possible to set up several Opportunity lists? I can't figure it out.

I have annually recurring sales that I'd like not to have mixed up with last
years' sales. (And I can't use the filter for won/closed since I like to keep
this years' closed sales on the active list for overview).

And worse: I have separate products for separate groups of retailers, that I
don't like to mix.

For the Opportunities, have you tried using categories?

Can't help you with Products. Cleary they are only a simple price list.

Thanks Luther,
But at least in my 2003-version "there is no support for categories on this
type of item" (Opportunities) it tells me, when I try to sneak them in the
backdoor.

I wonder who can really use this software. It made sense to me with my first
salesround on the first product, but after that it needs much more
flexbility. It's growing into a mess now.
