However, I am going to give you a useful answer.

Install Gaim, this IM supports MS Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, ICQ, AOL,
Jabber, IRC, and a whole bunch of other protocols.

Gaim is Free[0] Software and is available for Windows AND Linux.




[0] Free, as in Free Speech.
