I need to send 6 reminders messages in the morning to 6 different people's
email.HOw can I have this message pop up on the outlook screen when they open
they mail. Thank you.

You can't have no control over the users email application, however I think you would do better
posting to the Outlook newsgroup, since this is not a FP related issue.
