after reading my first post maybe i should narrow this
down a bit.

Lets say i had a microsoft exchange server. on windows
2000 Then i have a program that can read from pop3 only.
How could i set up my microsoft exchange server in order
to allow the program to access it as pop3..
Sorry i dont know to much about exchange servers.
