I synchronize my Outlook (including Notes) with my mobile phone and for
security reasons want to be able to put a password on one or all of these
notes.

There is no way to do that in Outlook other than password protecting your
pst-file. This has no effect on how it syncs to your mobile device. See the
options for your mobile device instead.

Thank you, Roady. I had wondered about putting a password on the .pst file
but wasn't sure how it would work. Initial investigation on mobile passwords
weren't good, but I will check with the manufacturers - it's a Nokia N70.
